Take I-70 to Route 97 South. If going from east to west on 70, Route 97 is the next exit past Route 32. If going from west to east on 70, Route 97 is the next exit past Route 94.
Once on 97 South (Roxbury Mill Rd), go a short distance and cross over Frederick Road (Route 144). After crossing over Frederick Road, go 1.3 miles (just pass the Western Howard Co. Government Center on the right) and make a right onto Carrs Mill Road. Go 0.3 miles and make a right into the park.
